Week 3 of the NCAA college football season is in the books and the new AP Top 25 Poll has been released. We've got all 25 teams listed below in order. There weren't any top 25 matchups this past weekend, so there weren't many significant changes at the top, but there are a few notable changes toward the bottom of the rankings as Maryland got upset by Temple & USC got upset by BYU, knocking both teams out of the top 25. A few teams made their 2019 AP Poll Top 25 debut in week 4, including TCU, Arizona State & California.
