Another upset-filled weekend of November featured two top 10 teams losing. Oklahoma State and Ohio State were upset by fellow top 10 teams Michigan State and Baylor. As a result, the two OSU schools dropped in the rankings. They are essentially out of the College Football Playoff race.
Michigan State is back in the race for a playoff berth thanks to their win, but Baylor's chances remain slim. That's because the No. 5 Oklahoma Sooners represent the Big 12's best chance for a CFP berth.
While Iowa and Clemson stayed undefeated, Houston is no longer among the ranks of the unbeaten after suffering an upset at the hands of UConn. The Cougars slipped from No. 13 to No. 21.
Iowa made a big jump, passing Notre Dame as the Hawkeyes rose from No. 6 to No. 3. That's likely more a statement about Notre Dame, as the Fighting Irish struggled against a bad Boston College team. The Florida Gators also slipped two spots after struggling against Florida Atlantic.
The bottom four teams are brand new, as Memphis, USC, Wisconsin and LSU all dropped from the rankings. LSU took a major tumble, going from No. 15 to complete unranked.
