New York (AFP) - Women's basketball power couple Brittney Griner and Glory Johnson were suspended seven games each on Friday in the wake of a domestic dispute at their Arizona home last month.

The married pair, who play for different teams in the WNBA, were still engaged when they were arrested on April 22 on charges of disorderly conduct, fighting and assault with intent to injure.
