OAKLAND, Calif. -- Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green left Saturday night's matchup against the Houston Rockets with a left ankle sprain and was ruled out for the remainder of the game.
Green's injury came early in the fourth quarter after he landed awkwardly on teammate DeMarcus Cousins' foot. Green hobbled toward the Warriors bench, staying on the ground for a few moments while being checked out by the team's medical staff.
He eventually made his way back to the locker room, moving gingerly as Dr. Rick Celebrini, the Warriors' director of Sports Medicine and Performance, followed behind him.
