Lamar Odom remained on life support and in a coma Thursday in a Las Vegas hospital, but a source close to him told ESPN that he has continued to make small progress over the past 24 hours.
People close to Odom remain hopeful that he didn't sustain significant brain damage in the hours before he arrived at Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center.
Odom was rushed to the hospital Tuesday after being found unconscious at a brothel outside Las Vegas. On Wednesday, a Nevada sheriff said the person who called 911 said he recently had used cocaine and had taken sexual-performance enhancers.
