Shai Gilgeous-Alexander youngest ever with 20-rebound triple-double

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander had 20 points, a career-high 20 rebounds and 10 assists to lead the visiting Oklahoma City Thunder to a 117-104 victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves on Monday night.

His first career triple-double is a historic one. At 21 years and 185 days old, he's the youngest player in NBA history with a 20-rebound triple-double, passing Shaquille O'Neal (21 years, 259 days).

The 6-foot-5 Kentucky product joins ex-Thunder star Russell Westbrook as the only guards with a 20-point, 20-rebound triple-double over the past 30 seasons.

Gilgeous-Alexander came in averaging 23.7 points in his previous 13 games, helping the Thunder to a 10-3 record during that span.
