The New Orleans Pelicans are signing veteran guard Nate Robinson, according to league sources.
Sources told ESPN.com that the Pelicans, who have been struck by a number of injuries this preseason, are finalizing a deal with Robinson to help fill the void created by the recent loss of Norris Cole.
Robinson will land a one-year veteran minimum deal with the Pelicans, sources say, and joins Euroleague star Bo McCalebb on the list of recent additions to New Orleans' backcourt after the loss of Cole and with Jrue Holiday still on a minutes restriction.
