Indiana Pacers star Tyrese Haliburton was diagnosed with a left elbow sprain and a mild left knee bone contusion and will be reevaluated in around two weeks, the team announced on Thursday.
Haliburton suffered the injuries in Wednesday night's 119-113 loss to the New York Knicks after losing a shoe and falling awkwardly late in the third quarter. He was seen using crutches when leaving Madison Square Garden.
Haliburton underwent an MRI on Thursday afternoon and the team is "awaiting additional opinion of the results of those scans."
The 22-year-old guard has had an All-Star-level season for the Pacers, averaging 20.
