The Minnesota Timberwolves have one of the most promising rosters in the NBA. Is next year the year where they finally brake out?
Over the last four years, the Target Center in downtown Minneapolis has sold out a total of ten games. That is primarily due to the fact that the team that calls it home, the Minnesota Timberwolves, has not had a winning season since the 2004-2005 campaign. As a result, the franchise has drafted in eleven consecutive lotteries and it seems that “rebuild mode” has just become a way of life in Minnesota.
Despite another year of losing, there is certainly a sense of optimism brewing in Minneapolis.
