Kevin Durant 2nd youngest player to reach 20,000-point plateau

With a second-quarter jumper, Kevin Durant became the second youngest player in NBA history to reach the 20,000-point milestone.

The Golden State Warriors star got his 20,000th point by scoring his 25th point of the first half in Wednesday's game against the LA Clippers.

The only player to get to 20,000 points faster in NBA history is LeBron James, doing so in 28 years and 17 days. Durant did so in 29 years and 103 days.

Durant is now the fifth player to score that many points before turning 30, joining James, Kobe Bryant, Wilt Chamberlain and Michael Jordan.
