Isaiah Hartenstein (hand) on verge of season debut for Thunder

The Oklahoma City Thunder's stint without a center will soon come to an end with 7-footer Isaiah Hartenstein on the verge of making his debut for the franchise.

Hartenstein has been upgraded to questionable for Wednesday's home game against the Portland Trail Blazers. He was sidelined for the first 15 games of the season due to a broken left (shooting) hand suffered in the preseason finale.

The Thunder signed Hartenstein to a three-year, $87 million contract in free agency this summer, planning to pair him with Chet Holmgren to allow Oklahoma City to always have an outstanding rim protector on the floor.
