CLEVELAND -- Cavaliers point guard Kyrie Irving will miss his second straight game with a right hamstring injury, Cavs coach Tyronn Lue said during his pregame media session before Cleveland hosted the New Orleans Pelicans.
"Hamstring tightness," Lue said.
When a reporter asked if Irving's status has improved since he originally hurt the hamstring Thursday after colliding with LeBron James during a game against the Boston Celtics, he reiterated, "just hamstring tightness."
