Let’s get something straight: Anthony Davis is a stud. In his fourth year out of Kentucky, Davis has already put up some incredible stats.
Perhaps the most awe-inspiring Davis statistic is his 2014-15 PER of 30.81. Per Basketball Reference, this was the eleventh best PER ever recorded, a tally that impresses on its own. The top ten seasons, however, were all posted by either Wilt Chamberlain, Michael Jordan, or LeBron James; contextualized, that eleventh ranking is even more remarkable.
