Philadephia 76ers rookie forward Ben Simmons fractured a bone in his right foot, the team announced Friday.
Simmons, the No. 1 overall pick out of LSU, rolled his right ankle during the final scrimmage of the team's training camp.
X-rays and an MRI revealed the fracture in the fifth metatarsal bone of the Australia native's right foot.
