Paul still has a lot of money left on his contract and with his current age and production, he could be a hard guard to move. Trae Young is not happy with the current state of the Atlanta Hawks. The Hawks came into the 2019 season with high expectations to be a playoff team in the Eastern Conference. Things have not gone to plan, however, as the Hawks have one of the worst records in the NBA. Trae Young reportedly asked Hawks management to go and get him some help before the deadline.

The Toronto Raptors could be major sellers at the deadline with a lot of their players playing on the final year of their contracts. One player that could be on the move in Toronto is Kyle Lowry. Lowry would be a nice guard for any team in need of veteran backcourt experience to help a playoff push come to fruition.
