NBA free agency is here, and there has been a flurry of moves in the first week. With the cap rising, players are landing lucrative deals, especially compared to previous seasons. Despite many of the big-names agreeing to deals, like Kevin Durant and Dwyane Wade, there are still several quality players left on the market. Today also marks the first day players can officially sign contracts with their teams. Here are the latest NBA rumors and news from around the Association.
Ginobili Back To Spurs?
It's not official yet, but it appears Manu Ginobili will be heading back to the San Antonio Spurs.

Not only that, but Ginobili turned down "a very serious, big offer" his agent Herb Rudoy told the San Antonio Express-News. Rudoy said the one-year deal for Ginobili is nearly complete, and should be finalized before the end of the weekend.

Willie Reed Drawing Interest?
The 23-year-old big man isn't a well-known name, but he's drawing plenty of interest.
In addition to the Warriors, the Spurs, Heat, Thunder, Timberwolves and Pacers have shown interest in Willie Reed (who is unrestricted).

Those are some notable teams, which speaks to how highly teams view Reed. He's still raw, but there's potential with Reed. He showed some promise in limited minutes last year with the Nets.
