The NBA is on the brink of return sometime in July, but there are still many rumors circulating around the association. Bradley Beal of the Washington Wizards has been at the center of many of those recent rumors, but reports are that he shouldn’t be expected to go anywhere anytime soon. Bradley Beal has a player option coming after the 2021-22 season, but both Bradley Beal and the Washington Wizards are operating under the assumption that the All-Star shooting guard will re-sign once again with his one and only team.

Jayson Tatum of the Boston Celtics has proven himself to be a true All-Star forward in the 2019-20 NBA season. Tatum is in the running for the Most Improved Player award this season after elevating his game to another level and being able to will his Boston Celtics to victory on a consistent basis. Jerami Grant of the Denver Nuggets was traded to Denver from the Oklahoma City Thunder this past offseason for a first-round draft pick. Jerami Grant had a terrific season with the Nuggets, as his fit alongside All-Star center Nikola Jokic was picture perfect. The Denver Nuggets only have two big men under contract next season in Nikola Jokic and Michael Porter Jr., so Jerami Grant declining his player option could put the Nuggets in a bind this summer. Paul Millsap is the most important power forward in the Nuggets rotation, but Jerami Grant may be the easier one to retain this summer. Grant also doubled as a small forward this past season for Denver.
Brian Shaw, former Los Angeles Laker and head coach of the Denver Nuggets, has reportedly accepted the head coaching job of the G-League elite team. This select team is going to be made up of high school prospects that decide to skip college and play in the G-League instead, including top-ranked prospect Jalen Green. Isaiah Todd, who backed out on his commitment to Michigan to play for this team, and Kai Sotto, a 7-foot, 18-year-old center from the Philippines are two other very notable high school prospects that Brian Shaw will now coach up in their first season as professional athletes.
