The 2014 NBA Draft Lottery will be held Tuesday night, and things will get started promptly at 8:00 pm Eastern, 5:00 pm Pacific. The lottery will be broadcast live on ESPN...but for those of you unable to watch on TV, we've put together this list of the best free live streams out there.
The official stream should be your best bet for quality and reliability, but if you aren't a cable subscriber who normally gets ESPN already, it won't do you much good.
