Former (?) NBA player and sometimes-rapper Metta World Peace is back with a new track, and it's...well, it's everything we ever wanted and more. Have a listen:

First things first - the beat is actually pretty catchy, which makes this about as painless as rap songs by non-rappers get. The highlights:
- MWP shouting out Got Milk commercials AND Starburst commercials...in back-to-back lines.
- The premise of the song is basically this: the artist formerly known as Ron Artest is thanking his parents for beating him as a child, because otherwise he would have turned into a monster. Okay, got it.
- The line "lift your cabbage if your hat twist backwards". Paging RapGenius?
