The NFL gets all the attention, but the NBA is in the heart of its season. With the trade deadline starting to approach, the rumor mill has begun to churn around the Association. We're here to highlight the three most intriguing rumblings currently out there with the NBA Rumors You Need To Know:
Celtics Interested In Noel?
Nerlens Noel doesn't appear to be a great fit for the Philadelphia 76ers alongside Jahlil Okafor. The 76ers could elect to deal Noel as they continue their long rebuild, and the Boston Celtics could be a trade destination.

Remember that last season the Celtics offered Marcus Smart, the No. 16 pick and the No. 28 pick to the Sixers for the No. 3 pick and Noel. The potential swap makes sense, as Boston has more than enough guards and the 76ers need some.

Butler's hometown team is Milwaukee and he could be solid veteran presence. Butler has played in just eight games this season and likely wouldn't fetch much in a trade.
Could The Nets Make A Deal For Dwight Howard?
Dwight Howard is reportedly unhappy in Houston, and the team expects him to turn down his player option after this season. That's led to speculation that the Rockets could deal Howard and get something in exchange for the big man. NJ.com says one of those destinations could be the Brooklyn Nets. One potential deal is the Nets sending Brook Lopez and Joe Johnson to Houston in exchange for Howard and point guard Ty Lawson. It seems like more speculation than anything, but the deal does make some sense.
