Reynolds runs for 142 yards, 3 touchdowns to lead Navy over Connecticut

Connecticut head coach Bob Diaco raised some eyebrows when he stated during the week that Navy would be the best opponent his team had faced to date. That was surprising since the Huskies had just played 22nd-ranked Missouri.

Diaco's declaration certainly carried weight after the Midshipmen used their patented triple-option offense to handle the Huskies on their home field.

Quarterback Keenan Reynolds rushed for 142 yards and three touchdowns as Navy shredded the top-ranked defense in the American Athletic Conference while posting a 28-18 win at Rentschler Field.

The Huskies came into the game allowing just 13.
