Positives and negatives for Navy women's basketball during Patriot League play

It has been a streaky start to the Patriot League campaign for Navy women’s basketball, which has sandwiched a pair of two-game losing streaks around a two-game winning streak.

The Midshipmen are 3-4 in conference action with two of the wins coming on the road.

Navy (8-9) now plays two straight games at home against teams in the top half of the standings. Boston University (8-9, 4-3) visits Alumni Hall on Saturday afternoon while league-leading Bucknell (15-4, 6-1) arrives next Wednesday night.

Head coach Stefanie Pemper is still molding and developing a relatively young, inexperienced team after losing three starters.
