Navy's defense has resembled a revolving door at times this season with multiple players shuttling in and out of the game in between downs.
As soon as the opposing offense completes a play, a defensive linemen and a couple linebackers will hustle off the field after realizing that replacements have been sent in.
That process was repeated quite often during Saturday's game against Connecticut as Navy employed three nose guards, four defensive ends, five outside linebackers and three inside linebackers.
That constant shuffling paid dividends down the stretch as the Midshipmen still had plenty of energy.
