A press conference will be held in Philadelphia on Tuesday morning to announce the next cycle of Army-Navy football games.
Philadelphia mayor Jim Kenney will join athletic directors from the Naval Academy and Army West Point to make what was termed in a press release as a “special announcement” about the future of the game.
Representatives of presenting sponsor USAA along with local and state officials will be on hand for the 11 a.m. press conference at Philadelphia City Hall. It is expected that Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia will receive the majority of Army-Navy games for the next contractual cycle.
