Navy women's lacrosse season comes full circle with game at Virginia

Navy traveled to Charlottesville way back on February 9th to take on Virginia in the season opener for both squads.

At the time, the Midshipmen were the favorite with a preseason ranking of No. 13 while the Cavaliers were No. 16.

Junior midfielder Kayla Harris scored a career-high five goals to pace an effective offense, but a rebuilt defense was not quite ready for prime time as Navy lost in a shootout to Virginia, 16-13.
