NAVY KEY: Establish the fullback dive; hit a few big plays
The Midshipmen have been effective running the fullback up the middle. Starter Chris Swain is averaging 124.5 yards through two games while backup Quentin Ezell has contributed 44.5 yards per game. That must continue against a stout Connecticut defense that will be looking to take away the No. 1 element of the triple-option. UConn has a pair of huge defensive tackles and will be trying to clog the middle, forcing quarterback Keenan Reynolds to take the ball outside. The Midshipmen cannot become one-dimensional and allow the Huskies to flow defenders to the perimeter.
