Freshman Meghana Komarraju won at No. 5 singles while classmate Kacey Moore earned her 24th straight victory at No. 6 singles, but it was not enough as Navy women’s tennis suffered its first Patriot League loss — 4-3 at the hands of Boston University on Saturday.
Two other freshmen, Katreina Corpuz and Meghana Komarraju earned a doubles point for Navy (20-7, 3-1 Patriot League) on Senior Day at the Fluegel-Moore Tennis Stadium.
