BETHLEHEM, Pa. — A 9-2 run over the second and third quarters helped propel the 16th-ranked Navy men's lacrosse team to a 12-7 victory over Lehigh Saturday afternoon at Ulrich Stadium.
Winners of four straight, all Patriot League contests, it's Navy's first four-game winning streak since 2012.
"I can't say enough good things about our defense this season," said Navy coach Rick Sowell. "Between our defense and Brady Dove winning faceoffs, we were able to control the tempo of the game. Without a doubt those two areas gave us time to organize our offense and enabled us to go on a nice run in the middle two corners.
