EDITOR'S NOTE: This is the first in a series of position breakdowns for the Navy football team following spring practice.
Navy entered spring camp looking to identify a go-to wide receiver to succeed Jamir Tillman.
Tillman led the team in receiving (both catches and yards) for three straight seasons and is currently being considered as a National Football League prospect. The 6-foot-4, 190-pounder concluded his career with 91 receptions for 1,626 yards and 10 touchdowns.
Navy returns its other 2016 starter in Tyler Carmona, who has primarily played a tight end role during his career.
