The Navy women’s basketball relived a nightmare Wednesday night it would have just as soon put behind it.
On Jan. 24, Navy shot a paltry 26.2 percent in losing a 47-39 showdown against the Bison, one of the program’s worst performances ever during the tenure of head coach Stefanie Pemper.
The two teams met again Wednesday night, this time at Alumni Hall with both squads having won six games in a row since that game and vying for second-place in the conference standings with only a week until the conference tournament.
Unfortunately for Navy (22-5,12-4) it was another horrendous night as it shot only slightly better than in the first game (28.
