PHILADELPHIA – For a group of Severn School graduates, the annual Army-Navy game is a chance to reunite each year.
Tailgating across the street from Lincoln Financial Field Saturday, the group was together once again to enjoy good food, games of cornhole and unseasonably warm weather. Instead of the winter coats needed two years ago when the game was last played in Philadelphia, Saturday offered the chance for many gathered outside the stadium to forego their winter attire for short sleeve T-Shirts and, in some cases, shorts.
Glenn Davis, an Annapolis native and a 2000 graduate of the Naval Academy, remembered what it was like two years ago.
