Navy doesn't want to drop ball with streak

Storylines galore grace the 116th Army-Navy football game.

Looming above all else is Navy's record winning streak, which stands at 13 games. Ten straight classes of football seniors have graduated from Annapolis without experiencing a loss to the archrival.

"The streak is really exciting. It tells you about the type of players we've had in this program over the years and how much this game meant to them," Navy defensive captain Bernie Sarra said. "We definitely don't want to be the senior class that drops the ball by losing to Army."

Never has the competitive disparity between the programs seemed wider.
