The Navy women's lacrosse team finished the regular season with a dominating 18-7 victory over Lafayette Saturday on Senior day at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. Sophomore Jenna Collins had a career-best 10 points on two goals and eight assists.
The first half was a close one between Navy and Lafayette, as the Mids (12-5, 7-2 Patriot League) held a two-goal lead, 5-3, after 30 minutes.
The Leopards recorded the first draw control of the contest and held the ball in Navy's defensive end for five minutes before Charlotte Rath got open and gave Lafayette a 1-0 lead.
