Navy linebacker Myer Krah is headed to the Allstate Sugar Bowl, where he will spend the week participating in a community project then will attend the New Year's Day game between Oklahoma State and Mississippi.
Krah is being honored as a member of the Allstate Good Works Team, which is selected and administered by the American Football Coaches' Association. Krah was chosen based on community service performed in his hometown of Durham, N.C.
Krah and former Hillside High teammate Vad Lee founded the "All In Scholarship" Fund that has awarded $3,500 over the last three years.
