Sophomore goalkeeper Ryan Kern made a career-high 18 saves, while rookie attackman Christian Daniel produced two goals and three assists to lead the Navy men’s lacrosse team to 10-7 victory over 12th-ranked Lehigh Saturday afternoon at the Ulrich Sports Complex in Bethlehem, Pa.
The victory by the Mids, combined with a 12-11 loss by No. 6 Loyola on Saturday, has created a log jam atop the Patriot League standings where there is a three-way tie for first place with Navy, Lehigh and Bucknell at 4-1, while Loyola is a half game out at 3-1.
