Combine snubs

Three hundred and thirty one players were invited to the NFL's scouting combine in February.

Many will be drafted this weekend. But not every player who is selected by the time the seventh round is closed out Saturday night will have been a combine invitee.

Their selections will prove some players deserved invitations and others didn’t.

Though the stated goal of the combine’s organizers is "to invite every player that will be drafted in the ensuing NFL draft" it just doesn’t work out that way.

Here are the players who were not invited to the combine that have the best chance to be selected:

Daniel Braverman, WR, Western Michigan: Could struggle with press coverage because he is undersized at 175 pounds.
