NAVY WOMEN’S LACROSSE: Junior Molly O’Sullivan was named Patriot League Attacker of the Week as announced by the conference office on Monday afternoon. O’Sullivan helped the Midshipmen to a 9-7 season-opening victory over Big Ten foe Ohio State on Saturday afternoon. The junior attacker scored two goals on three shot attempts, while adding an assist.
Meanwhile, Navy moved up three spots to No. 7 in the Nike / US Lacrosse Division I Top 20 Poll, as announced by US Lacrosse Magazine on Monday.
Navy returns to action on Saturday as the Midshipmen welcome Columbia to Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium.
