Sean Trent and Christian Hodge had three hits apiece while Trent and Stephen Born each had three RBIs. Sophomore starter Colin Brady went four innings to get the victory, striking out four. After Brady left the contest, the freshmen quartet of J.P. Colton, Jackson Zoch, Rece Goodman and Andrew Sauer shut out Delaware State over five innings, allowing two hits and one walk with five strikeouts.
