NAVY MEN’S SOCCER: For the second-consecutive week, Jacob Williams (Old Mill) was selected as the Patriot League Rookie of the Week, the league office announced on Monday afternoon.
The freshman scored all three of Navy’s goals this week en route to two more Patriot League victories. He becomes the first Midshipmen to earn multiple weekly honors this season.
Williams started the week with a two-goal night at Lafayette to pace Navy to a 2-0 win over the Leopards. He scored both of his goals in the second half to guide the Midshipmen to the road victory.
