Maybe Chicago, San Diego, somewhere in Texas?
The Naval Academy's director of athletics said Monday he wasn't ruling out distant cities when bidding opens in coming months to host the Army-Navy football game beginning in 2018.
Still, Director of Athletics Chet Gladchuk said stadiums in Baltimore, Philadelphia and New York remain likely venues given travel costs.
"It makes it difficult when you have to haul the brigade," he said.
Gladchuk told the Naval Academy's Board of Visitors that organizers of "America's game" will request bids in December from cities.
"It'd be great to have the game in a few more (cities)," he said.
