Santa Claus Sports Reporter has been writing an annual Christmas column for almost two decades now.
It has always been done in a rather light-hearted manner with yours truly combining news tidbits with well wishes for various sports figures within Anne Arundel County and the greater Baltimore-Washington market.
This past year has been extraordinary on a number of levels and there is no way I can launch into this column without recognizing that fact.
