The Nashville Predators have signed 2015 Draft Picks Alexandre Carrier (4th Round, 155th Overall) and Anthony Richard (4th Round, 100th Overall) to three-year entry level contracts yesterday and today, respectively. Having great seasons right now for their teams in the QMJHL, Richard is top 10 in the league in goals and points while Carrier leads all defensemen on his team in points.
Both players are great fits in Laviolette's attacking, speed-based system. Alexandre Carrier is a great skater and can move the puck up the ice with excellent vision and passing while also not giving much up on the back end.
