Roman Josi and Switzerland squared off against the United States at the IIHF World Championships today. In the first period the Nashville Predators defenseman scored one of his more highlight reel goals of his career as he went coast-to-coast to give the Swiss a 1-0 advantage.

The Americans answered back in the second period thanks to Ben Smith tying things up. Predators prospect Jimmy Vesey was credited with an assist on the goal. The U.S. took the lead shortly there after with Charlie Coyle finding the back of the net as Seth Jones was credited with a helper.
