The Nashville Predators have made some noise this offseason by shipping P.K. Subban to the New Jersey Devils and signing top UFA center Matt Duchene.

No NHL team has made a bigger splash in the offseason than the Nashville Predators.
They shipped Norris Trophy-winning defenseman P.K. Subban to the New Jersey Devils for a seemingly underwhelming package that included two defensemen — prospect Jeremy Davies and part-time NHLer Steve Santini — as well as a pair of second-round draft picks.
Just three years earlier, the Predators sent Shea Weber, their longtime captain and arguably the best player in franchise history, packing to the Montreal Canadiens in order to acquire the dynamic Subban.
