The Nashville Predators didn’t even use all of their time to make the pick as they apparently were very happy that Fabbro fell to them. An interesting sidebar is that Fabbro’s favorite team is the Nashville Predators and Shea Weber.
Fabbro was named the top defenseman of the British Columbia Hockey League. He has nice size and is a hitter and still has a nice offensive upside. He was also one of the top players for Canada in the U-18 Ivan Hlinka Tourney.
He is planning on attending Boston University this fall with several other First Rounders.
