Sitting at 9-3-1, it may seem as though the Nashville Predators have faced little struggle so far this season, but, the Preds did not exactly have a cakewalk through this first month of the season.
Aside from Pekka Rinne being sidelined early and missing several games with concussion-like symptoms, the Predators were fazed with seeing there bottom three lines and powerplay struggle immensely. Yet, they are still one of the best teams in the league so far.
Their 18 points lead the Central Division, Western Conference & National Hockey League and ranked second in goal differential across the league.
