The Nashville Predators ranked #27 among all 122 major sports franchises in North America in ESPN: The Mag’s Ultimate Standings that came out yesterday. For perspective, that was good enough for seventh in the NHL. The standings are made by ESPN in cooperation with consulting firm Maddock Douglas by interviewing fans about eight different categories, including affordability (including tickets, parking, and concessions), stadium experience, and likeability of players.
Last year, the Preds came in at #40 and #14 according to ESPN’s standings, respectively, which (for all my non-math people out there [aka my people]) means an overall 13-place jump, and 7 places within the NHL.
