Colton Sissons recently signed a brand new three-year $1.875 million contract with the Preds. It looks like he is going to have to start to earn some of that money. He was recalled from the Preds Milwaukee minor league affiliate today to replace Paul Gaustad who is not making the road trip.
It was noticed that Gaustad didn’t play at all in the third period against the Colorado Avalanche in the Predators 5-2 win on Saturday. As a matter of fact, he only had 5:42 seconds of ice time during that game and we really don’t remember seeing him after his fight at 10:13 mark of the 2nd period against Cody McLeod.
