Nashville Predators: Catfish Were Everywhere! Exclusive Video!

Back in the 2002 season, Nashville Predators fans began to throwcatfish onto their home ice, in response to the hated Red Wings tradition of throwing Octopi. The first fresh catfish to hit the ice was against the Red Wings in October of 2002. It has grown into a Playoff tradition since then. Last night was no exception.

In our Ultimate Fan Guide we showed some Catfish Episode from previous seasons. It is a fun tradition that everyone waits for and really makes you wonder how they get those big catfish into the arena.

Because the throwers are so secretive, it is hard, even in this social media world to get photos or videos of the throwers.
