The Stanley Cup playoff was a showcase of the Nashville Predators’ young talent. Several players, such as Pontus Aberg and Kevin Fiala, showed flashes of excellence and the potential they hold. It was a good sign of things to come.
At the 2012 NHL Entry Draft, the Predators selected a young forward with the 50th overall pick. That forward was Colton Sissons, a center from Vancouver, Canada. Sissons has played four seasons under the Predators’ organization. Now seems as good a time as ever for the 23-year-old to come into his own as a full-time NHL center.
